WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED? In order to access your virtual session, you will need the following:
Internet-connected computer, tablet, or smartphone
Webcam or built-in camera with audio capabilities on the device
A quiet place where you'll be comfortable to talk without interruptions
WHAT PROGRAM DO YOU USE TO SEE CLIENTS? We use a HIPAA-Compliant Simple Practice to meet with clients virtually. It’s easy to use and we can walk you through the process, if you do have connectivity problems at some point. HOW WILL WE CONNECT ONLINE? Once you secure your appointment, we will send you all the information you need to get set up. It's very easy, everything can be completed and signed right within the software. No printer or scanner needed! Once you've submitted all of your paperwork, you will receive a link to the online meeting that you scheduled.
