                            Weight Loss

                            Lose Weight. Find Your Self.

What if losing weight meant more than just an improvement in your physical appearance, or a healthier body?

What if losing weight also meant finding your
                            true  self?

Each time you swallow your feelings with food, you have one less chance of getting to know yourself better.  Once you stop overeating (and that doesn’t happen overnight, by the way), you get more in touch with those feelings you’ve been covering up.  And once you know what those true feelings are, you’ll be able to solve those problems that made you overeat in the first place.  And like  someone who just finished their spring cleaning, you’ll begin to feel better.

So, the first step is to STOP OVEREATING!  Our true  feelings won’t surface if we keep swallowing them with food.
That is why I developed my
Steps to Mindful  LivingTM program, a comprehensive, integrated  8-week group weight loss program to improve the way you eat, exercise, and feel.

Your health insurance may cover part of the fee, and we’d be happy to verify your insurance before participating in this program.
