In the second step, you will begin a plan of exercise that is tailored to YOUR individual needs. This can be accomplished on an individual basis and may simply involve adding evening walks to your daily routine. Or, you can take advantage of our group exercise classes, geared specifically towards those deconditioned warriers (due to illness, injury or reduced motivation) who are looking for a healthier way of life.
